OneScreen.ai, a SaaS-enabled B2B marketplace provider for out-of-home advertising (think billboards, video screens, buses, blimps) has raised $3M in seed funding.
The company is trying to bring up to date the process of finding and acquiring OOH advertising inventory, which CEO and co-founder Sam Mallikarjunan called "ridiculously archaic." Its platform gives marketers a centralized location to locate, buy, deploy and measure their campaigns.

Sam: Some mobility innovation to bring to you today: Another dockless micromobility company is trying its hand at operating in Boston, braving tough winters and a history of unfriendly state and local policies.
The e-bike startup Wheels has launched on the University of Massachusetts Boston campus to operate more than a hundred of its devices, intended as a last-mile option for students, staff, faculty and visitors.
I talked to a Wheels exec, and another industry expert, about whether it can serve as a test case for Boston and micromobility more broadly.
"Hopefully it's an opportunity for the city to see how a program can work successfully and to model it when they're ready to start with a larger scope program," said the company's Will Sowers.
